Tom is the Owner and Managing Director with over 25 years of experience in the pool and spa industry. He has been instrumental in designing, manufacturing, and installing some of the world’s most prestigious award-winning projects across residential, commercial, and marine sectors in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and the USA.
Kathy
Office/Finance Manager
With over 20 years of experience in senior finance roles, Kathy is an AAT-qualified finance professional specializing in financial and management accounting. She has spent more than 15 years as a Finance Director in the construction industry and now leads the finance function at Spa Design and Build Limited, bringing her extensive expertise to the role.

Project Designer
After earning her Master’s in Architecture from the University of Liverpool in 2023, she started as a Project Designer at Spa Design and Build. She focuses on creating innovative, customized design solutions that meet clients’ needs and goals, blending creativity with functionality to deliver visually appealing, practical designs that exceed expectations.

Factory Manager
Andy is a key member of our team, with extensive knowledge and expertise in all aspects of our processes and on-site installations. He manages the entire manufacturing process for every product that leaves our facility, ensuring all products meet the highest quality standards before dispatch.
Isabel
Trade Designer
Isabel graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2024 with a degree in Product Design. She specializes in the trade aspect of the business, collaborating closely with trade clients on detailed design drawings and overseeing the production process through to manufacturing.

GRP and Welding Technician
Richie is a valued member of our GRP and welding team, bringing a wealth of industry experience. Alongside the team, he plays a vital role in performing comprehensive testing throughout the GRP and welding production stages, ensuring each product meets the highest standards of structural integrity.
Dan
Joiner / Thermals
Dan, our skilled in-house joiner, creates all pools and spas at the bespoke plug stage. With an exceptional eye for detail, he ensures each product is built to precise measurements, ready for the GRP stage. Dan also designs and manufactures custom saunas, steam suites, shower suites, and ice fountains, providing on-site installation support when needed.

Senior Engineer
Niall, our Senior Engineer, has extensive experience in pool, spa, and thermal cabin installations and maintenance, including filter cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing. He is skilled in installing and maintaining pool liners, pumps, filtration systems, and air handling units, with expertise in fault-finding, leak detection, and plant room installations.

Mark’s extensive experience ensures seamless operations, supported by his strong process knowledge, communication, and leadership skills. With a background at Spa Design and Build, he delivers projects on time and within budget. Holding a JIB Gold Card and dedicated to professional development, Mark manages the design, construction, and installation of control panels.

Mart is our skilled plumber, responsible for installing plumbing systems in the spas and pools at our manufacturing facility. He plays a critical role in water testing to ensure all products meet our rigorous quality control standards. Additionally, Mart tiles spas and pools at trade sites, where products are delivered in sections.

Millie plays a vital role at Spa Design and Build’s manufacturing facility, specializing in tiling, plumbing, and conducting water tests. With a strong focus on precision, she consistently ensures the highest quality in every task. In addition to her work at the facility, Millie visits trade sites to skilfully tile spas and pools delivered in sections, applying her exceptional attention to detail to each project.

Jay is our Trainee Pool/Spa Manufacturer, bringing hands-on expertise in engineering and welding. He has successfully completed an HNC in Architecture at Level 4 from Sheffield University and possesses a solid understanding of technical drawings.
